Your personal information (name, address, age, contact details) is collected, stored, shared with and processed by us and our third party partners in order to organise and administrate the Lethbridge 10K Race and to give you the best possible race experience. You agree that we may publish your personal information as part of the results of the event and may pass such information to the governing body or any affiliated organisation for the purpose of insurance, licences or for publishing results either for the event alone or combined with or compared to other events. Results may include (but not be limited to) name, any club affiliation, race times and age category. We will never pass on or sell your personal information to any third party except those below for the reasons given.

UK Athletics – who, via the Run Britain website, hold your information and process payments on behalf of the Lethbridge 10K race. Their privacy policy can be found at

DB Max Ltd – who provide race timing services for the Lethbridge 10K race. Their privacy policy can be found at As part of their race service, DB Max will:

   • contact competitors before the race by email for administrative purposes only;

   • publish race results on its website at;

   • publish competitors’ name, race category, race time and video to a DB Max timing web page that will remain live indefinitely.
